The Impreza WRX Club hosted the Sandown Super Sprints on Sunday 28 June 2009 at the Sandown International Raceway. The Sprints was a multi-club motorsports event that attracted a number of car racing drivers and enthusiests. AUS Cheer Australian Challenge

Cheerleading is one of Australia's fastest growing sports and AUS Cheer is the sports peak body. In association with Gymnastics Victoria, AUS Cheer ran the Austrlian Challenge at Whitehorse Gymnastics Centre on 21 June which was attended by some of the leading cheerleading clubs in the country.
